In 2012 Tamera Smith founded The Grieving Mind as a result of having experienced multiple traumatic losses over the course of a year. She tried various methods for processing her grief. One such method is called Neuro-linguistic Programming and Tamara found that to be a very powerful way to process various aspects of grief. She also tried a range of other healing practices.
